Nutritious Meals |
Infants and children will be provided with nutritious meals daily, that is, breakfast, lunch and tea. The centre runs a 4 week menu that complies with the Health Promotion Board guidelines. The menus promote healthier cooking methods such as steaming, braising and baking more than frying and deep frying. The menus expose children to a wider variety of food and are served in many creative ways that appeal to children.
